There are specific, official rules for properly constructing an effective exercise routine. Physical laws define the basic structure of a correct weight training plan or regimen. When your weight training and exercise routine are established in congruency with these irrefutable physical laws and organized into an effective organizational structure, your results will happen like magic.
It is my job to make that magic happen.
My name is Paul Newt. I founded one of the first private personal training studios in the Merrimack Valley in 1994: Prescription Exercise Personal Training Studio (PEPTS). Since then I have trained a small army of clients and written several hundred diets and exercise routines.
Today, I continue to innovate and provide individuals from all walks of life a truly outstanding educational experience in the pursuit of a better body and enhanced health.
